EarlyJ is seeking an experienced, strategic, and relationship-driven Development Director to lead and grow our fundraising efforts during an exciting phase of organizational growth. This role is responsible for advancing EarlyJ’s culture of philanthropy, building strong partnerships with donors and foundations, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our work in Jewish early childhood education.
